"Okay. I'm sure no-one here would argue that, bypassing the existence of the fantastic archive project-in-progress on this website, it's not the best time to be a Gorky's fan. They seem to have dropped off the radar completely, sadly, with little news from inside the camp to let us know that they're even still together, let alone readying a new release. And, to add insult to injury, the project to reissue 'Patio', 'Tatay' and 'Bwyd Time', initially scheduled by Sanctuary aeons ago, has been put on hold, with no indication that it'll ever be put off hold. All this considered, I think it's now perhaps time to show that people (i.e. us) still care about this wonderful band and their future.
As such, I have drawn up a petition for the resurrection of the aforementioned reissue project, at the following page:

PLEASE SIGN! If there's nothing to indicate that we, the prospective target audience of these releases, WILL actually buy them, then there'd be no reason for the project not to be shelved indefinitely. It'll take about a minute of your time - 2 if you write a message describing why you want these albums to be released (and it would be greatly appreciated if you did!)
Also, if we want this campaign to have any effect, we're going to have to get a lot of signatures - so, we need everyone you know and their aunties to sign this! Also, if you have any ideas as to how to obtain greater attention for the campaign, or any comments on the petition and/or its statement (esp. anything to be added in the meagre bullet-point list I drew up!) please share, as I'm new at all this haranguing business!
