Philadelphia Judge Teresa Carr Deni dropped all sexual assault charges in a recent case of rape at gunpoint by multiple assailants because the survivor is a sex worker, stating that this case "minimizes true rape cases and demeans women who are really raped".

On November 6, 2007, vote NO on retaining Judge Teresa Carr Deni with the Municipal Court of Philadelphia.
P.S. The Philadelphia Bar Association criticized Deni's ruling after checking it out thanks to a flurry of outraged emails (they were recommending her for retention).
